Still bugged on the Istan missions

Shakkara Krytan Explorer Join Date: Oct 2006 Profession: W/	Still bugged on the Istan missions I finished the game in two days and got castellan rank, and then decided to go after the protector of elona and grandmaster cartographer title, only to find out that I can't access any of the missions on the Istan island. Then NPCs just won't let me access the missions (I only get a 'goodbye' type of dialog option, and the NPCs do not have the icons hovering over their heads) and if I try it with other players it sais I don't have a high enough rank. The NPC in Champion Dawn also isn't giving me any mission, which should have been a prerequisite. So I still cannot access the Jokanur Diggings and Blacktide Den missions. Yes I already submitted this as a bug a week ago but I only get the canned responses. Am I missing some NPC or prerequisite quest or what? And is there anyone that has finished the game like me, and has got castellian rank, before attempting the missions and managed to get them?

kyrasantae Academy Page Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Canada Guild: Echo of Darkness [EOD] Profession: Rt/	Did you do Chahbek Village? You need to go into the training fields area, walk to the gates to Chahbek, and talk to the Historian guy. Once you've done that you should be able to access the other two missions.

Jungle Guide Join Date: Sep 2005 Profession: Mo/	same here, i want to cap water elite on the starters isl and i cant get to the outpost, and when i'm trying to do the mis i cant start the 2nd mis (smth diggins) or i just cant get into the 3rd mis town (the last mis on starters isl) however my guildie can start 2nd mis and made it to the outpost - we cant figure out why i cant......
